This a Real 4X4. I had a Company that built over 3000 Police and Fire vehicles. I know I did not want a AWD so when Mercedes discontinued 4X4 I bought 3, 1 for a friend and 2 low tops. I took the low tops to SPORTMOBILE FOR POP TOPS . After building a dozen Vans I knew what I wanted but it took my wife a few months to settle on a color, so I started building both a Blue Gray and a Pebble Stone , she chose the Pebble Stone . So the Blue gray is up for sale. I have worked on RVs for over 20 years. 

I wanted a Weekend Warrior and 2 week a year van, I also wanted never to have to spend much time or $$ to repair. This is the Van that met those needs.

I wanted a pop top, I grew up seeing Yosemite and Redwoods and the Ocean from my Grandfathers VW Westphalia. I want to wake up and see out the window wherever I am. So Pop Top lets 2 sleep up and 2 Below.

I hate wood floor (replace many) So went with Composite, weighs 30% less than wood, insulates well and has no issue with moisture or warping.

Back of van has OWL Spare tire Holder Drivers , Passenger Owl. B-2 carrier with Medium Box (Holds 2 Burner stove & Hot Water heater). And a 5Lb Propane tank.
