— THE HIGHLIGHTS —

We converted this van from scratch 2 years ago, and designed the space, storage and features with an emphasis on high quality components and a layout that would be super functional. Since then we’ve road-tested it on half a dozen cross-country trips, and know it travels well.

• Open layout with comfortable seating area + table that converts into 2-person bed. Swivel seat on Passenger side allows seat to face into living space for extra seating
• Full wet bathroom with shower featuring 33 gallon fresh water tank

• Vehicle in great shape, with less than 25k miles and *under original warranty* (3 year / 36k mile bumper-to-bumper warranty + 5 year / 60k mile powertrain warranty)

Water System:

• 33 Gallon fresh water tank, with fill hose
• 12v water pump
• 3 waste tanks underneath van: 5 gallon for sink, 5 gallon for urine, and 15 gallon for shower
• All tanks can be emptied via electric ball valves (accessible via interior control panel)

Electrical System – includes 3 ways to charge & top-of-the-line electrical components. With enough sun and/or driving, you can stay off-grid indefinitely, depending on energy usage. (Note: electrical system was recently inspected by a licensed electrician)

• 400A total battery capacity (4 x 100 Amp Battle Born Lithium Batteries)
• 540W of solar charging capacity (3 x 180W Newpowa panels), Victron MPPT 100/50 Charge Controller
• 60A DC-DC Battery Charger – charge the house batteries while you drive (Renogy brand)
• 30A Shore power hookup. Comes with charging cord + adapters for 50A or 120V (Standard outlet) charging

Storage & Cabinet Space. By design we included minimal “upper cabinets” to keep van feeling open and spacious, but have plenty of cabinets and storage. (Below include examples of what we stored in there)

• Kitchen “pantry” cabinet with 4 pullout drawers – perfect for food storage, condiments, cans etc.
• Kitchen cabinet with 3 wide drawers – perfect for pots, pans, plates/utensils and other misc. items
• Full height front cabinet. Top includes removable hanging rod. Bottom contains 4 drawers for clothing
• Drawer above fridge
• Upper cabinet. (Half taken up by electrical control panel)

• 3 giant drawers accessible from rear of van for ‘garage storage’
• Two sizable bulk-heads built into van, over the driver/passenger seats

Vehicle

• 2021 model purchased new – under 25k miles put on it. Regular oil changes. Drives great
• Still under original manufacturer warranty – transferrable to new owner
• Cruise control (rare find in vans but important for long drives across country!)
• Bluetooth connection for music / calls
• Cosmetic: minor scrapes and a few small dents on exterior
