Four Season Luxury, 4X4 Sprinter.

Brand new BFG All Terrain tires & Black Rhino Wheels, Van Compass 4.3 Suspension Kit installed by AutoFX in Tacoma WA. The highest quality of parts and materials were used on this build. Built to represent a Yacht both in style and systems. Every component other than any Van specific parts were designed and built for the Yacht Industry, built to perform and last. Van

• 2020 Mercedes Sprinter 4X4 High Roof, Purchased Brand new in August 2020 to be converted. V6 3.0 Turbo Diesel 7-Speed Transmission. Driver convenience package, parametric special module (PSM), electric parking brake, 270 opening rear doors, blind spot/lane assist, cruise control, Low & High range 4X4 package.
• Weight– Van weighs 7500 lbs dry after the conversion.
• Miles-2600, was driven from my house to my shop in order to keep the van from sitting.

Electrical System

• Shorepower-30 AMP SmartPlug shore power inlet, mounted on the drivers rear corner of the van, access plate inside of the garage to access the back of the wiring for servicing. Blue seas AC MAIN double pole breaker for shore power circuit protection.
• Inverter– Victron Multiplus 3000 Inverter/Charger 120V/ 12V DC 120AMP charge output.
• Batteries– (3) 12V Victron 200 AMP Lithium LiFePO4 Smart batteries wired in parallel for a total of 600 AMPS of battery capacity.
• Battery Management & Control System– Victron Lynx Smart BMS 500, Victron Lynx distributor with built in integrated fuse protection for each circuit, Victron Cerbo GX with Touch 70 control screen for easy control and monitoring. Victron digital multi control for easy operation of inverter function on/off/charge only and a dial to quickly limit your shore power input if plugged into a 15 or 20 AMP adapter when plugging into a standard outlet.
• AC Electrical Panel– Blue seas panel with 4 AC circuits not including AC main double pole breaker. Includes, Galley outlets, main cabin outlets, water heater, and Inverter input.
• DC Electrical Panel– Blue seas 6 circuit panel to match AC panel, includes breakers for, overhead lights, refrigerator, water pressure, heater, stereo, and vent fan. Other 24hour circuits like USB plugs, reading lights, garage lights, toilet, electrical cooling fan, and bed lift actuator are on a fuse panel mounted behind the main electrical panel with easy excess, power can be cut VIA main battery switch behind panel or VIA the Lynx smart BMS. Air conditioning circuit protection is on a large 70AMP surface mount resettable breaker mounted behind the main panel for easy access. There are 8 extra 12gauge wires ran behind the panel down to the distribution terminal/battery space for any future additions if desired.
• Secondary AUXILIARY alternator – 280 AMP alternator by Nations, alternator is completely independent from the vans starting system and main alternator. A Wakespeed alternator regulator is wired inline to efficiently charge the Lithium batteries. This alternator will output 150+ Amps at idle and will re charge the battery bank from 0%-100% in 2-3 hours of driving. (batteries limited to cut loads at 10% SOC)
• Solar– 375 WATT LG commercial solar panel. Paired with a Victron MPPT solar controller
• Every wire, connector, breaker, or switch used is marine grade.

Heating and Air conditioning

• Heating– Espar D5E Hydronic Diesel Furnace, Easy start pro controller W altitude kit, 1 Gallon stainless steel expansion tank, SS steel muffler, recovery bottle, furnace mounted underneath van with quick drain for flushing system, 16,000 BTU toe kit heater in main cabin with hi lo speed, 8,000 BTU 4” duct heater with control switch in main cabin. Glycol mixture flows through 4 Gallon hot water tank to heat water. All Hydronic plumbing is PEX-A heat rated, and rubber heater hose in and out of the heater.
• Air conditioning– Cruise N Comfort 12V HD-12L Ducted air conditioning. Upgraded dual fan condenser mounted underneath the fan, evaporator mounted in garage with 4” insulated ducting ran up through the middle of the overhead cabinets, three speed control with auto function.
• Vent Fan-MaxxAir Deluxe ceiling fan with teak trim

Water system

• Water Tank-Northwest conversions 32 Gallon over wheel well water tank, tank level displayed on Victron Touch 70 Display. Water tank drain with easy access valve for draining tank under the van when needed, overflow protection via vented loop that dumps underneath the van.
• Water Pump-Shurflo Aqua King II Premium fresh water pump with 20 PSI Accumulator tank.
• Water Heater-Isotherm IsoTemp Spa 15 Water Heater 4.0 Gallon, Heated by 120V shorepower/Inverter at 750 Watts or most efficient way via running the hydronic diesel furnace. Pressure relief valve plumbed underneath the van for easy operation and leak prevention.
• Shower– ITC Polished Stainless steel Marine shower out of the garage with hot and cold mixing valve, isolation and shut off valves for each water source including hot and cold at the faucet.
• Grey Water-4 Gallon water tank mounted under sink inside of the van, with ABS P-trap, over flow prevention via vent line routed under the van, digital level gauge, electronic ball valve with switch control next to sink that drops the grey water under the van when desired.
• All plumbing lines are PRO PEX tubing with high quality fittings.

Galley

• Cooktop– Induction Cooktop, DUXTOP E200A
• Refrigerator– ISOTHERM Drawer 65 fridge with freezer drawer- 2.7 AMPS @12V

Interior

• Insulation– Havelock Wool Insulation
• Sound deadening– KILMAT 80MIL Sound deadening throughout.
• Wall panels-¼” Marine Grade Mahogany Plywood wrapped in ¼” Closed cell foam, then wrapped with Luxurious Ultra Leather Fabric with an 1/8” foam backing. Fastened with Fastmount quick disconnect panel mounts.
• Ceiling panels– 1/8” Marine Grad Mahogany Plywood wrapped in ¼” Closed cell foam, then wrapped with Luxurious Ultra Leather Fabric with an 1/8” foam backing. Fastened with Fastmount quick disconnect panel mounts. Interior floor to ceiling height-
• Floor– ¾” Foam board and spray foam for base, layered with 5/8” Marine grade plywood on top of foam board for subfloor. Finished with Lonseal Marine Teak and Ivory Vinyl floor glued down with Lonseal two-part epoxy. Rear floor edge trim at garage and slider are black powder coated aluminum angle.
• Framework– 80/20 15 Series Lite Aluminum Extrusion framing
• Trim– Teak hardwood trim throughout, 7+ coats of Pettit Marine V-975 Captains Satin Varnish. Inside of flares trimmed with teak veneer finished with Pettit Marine V-975 Captains Satin Varnish.
• Cabinets– Upper Cabinet faces made from ¾” Teak Marine Grade Plywood, finished inside with aromatic cedar. Lower cabinet and drawer faces also made from ¾” Teak Marine Grade Plywood and finished with 7+ coats of Pettit Marine V-975 Captains Satin Varnish. Non removable panels are made from ½” Teak Marine Grade Plywood with the same level of finish work.
• Counter tops– ½” Corian, Dupont- Glacier White
• Sink– Ruvati 15” Stainless steel top mount sink
• Faucet– JUSTOPIN Luca Stainless steel Facuet
• Hardware– Blum soft close hinges for cabinets, with Blum Aventos HK-XS for upper cabinet lifts. Blum Soft close HD slides for drawers. Sugastune Hidden Lever latch for upper cabinets and magnetic latches for lowers.
• Light switches/outlets– Vimar Idea outlets, light dimmers, Fan control, and USB plugs. Hi quality, Italian design, built for Yachts and custom homes. GFCI outlet at the galley, standard outlet at bench seat, standard outlet next to the bed inside of the flare, GFCI outlet in the garage.
• Overhead lighting– (8) Quick Marine DAPHNE XP LP 6W 10-30V LED, FWD and AFT split zone ceiling lights, running through a 60W dimmer module with two switch locations. One at the sliding door and one just on the other side of the bed.
• Reading lights– (2) Quick Marine AUDREY WALL PL NS 10-30V LED
• Garage lighting– (4) SCANDVIK Engine room light- 12/24V DC COOL WHITE 727 LUMENS with switch inside the garage.
• Mattress– Custom cut queen size mattress by Flarespace, fits perfectly within the flares.
• Bench Seat– Custom Ultra leather upholstery with 5” foam for base seat and 4-3” tapered foam for backrest.
• Table– Lagun Table mount with Westminister Teak Vogue 24”X 24” Hardwood Teak Table.
• FWD seats– Standard sprinter seats with Alpine Mechanisms Seat Swivels.
• Overhead cab shelf– Shuksan Vans overhead cab shelf with curtain rod.

• Roof Rack– Flatline VanCo Low profile roof rack with front fairing, flatline side ladder, and Fiamma awning kit.
• Awning– Fiamma F80S
• Light Bar- Heretic 50″ LED curved light bar 36300 Lumens, with Agile off road factory style switch on dash.

• Suspension– Van Compass Stage 4.3 Suspension System, Front-Falcon 2.315” Piggy back reservoir fast adjust shocks. Front 4X4 Sumo Springs Rear-Falcon 2.315” piggy back reservoir fast adjust shocks.
