2020 Ford Transit AWD High Roof — Frida Cargo

Meet Frida Cargo! My husband and I bought her in 2020 and we made good progress quickly, but life happened and we were unable to finish the build. The good news is that she’s ready for someone to make her exactly what she is meant to be!

The custom roof rack, flares, solar panel work, and electrical work were done by Unique Concepts in Dallas,TX.

What has been installed:

• Custom Roof Deck and ladder
• Solar panels with lift system that angles them to the sun, and a live camera to view them from below. – 400 Watt 12 Volt Solar Premium Kit
• Swivel Seats
• 2 Max Air vents – AC and fan
• Roof fan above bed
• Other electrical, outlets, external charger
• Roll-out extension – Cargo Glide
• Note: the Cargo Glide rattles a bit when there isn’t gear on top to weigh it down. This can be fixed by adding some rubber bumpers.
• Shocks and Sway Bar
• Bed platform
• Flares for extending sleeping width. Can fit a queen bed!
• Light grey Merino wool padding around bed platform to reduce moisture
• Exterior shoreline socket
• Interior electrical sockets with USB
